- Almut Reichel is a senior expert on circular economy and waste at the European Environment Agency (EEA), located in Copenhagen, Denmark. She develops assessments on waste and circular economy and co-leads the EEA’s country network on circular economy. Before joining the EEA, she has worked on waste issues in the private and the public sector and on best available technologies at the German Environment Agency.
