- Since February 2017, Ralitsa has served as the Executive Director of the Regional Agency for Entrepreneurship and Innovations in Varna, where she oversees the operational management of the agency and leads several high-impact projects related to entrepreneurship and innovation. In her role, she specializes in supporting women entrepreneurs, developing strategic documents such as action plans and policy recommendations, and providing tailored consultancy services for business development and planning.
Ralitsa also works as a full-time Associate Professor at Varna Free University, where she
teaches courses in Project Management and International Business. From 1999 to 2017,
she held various positions at the Black Sea NGO Network, focusing on environmental
sustainability and coordinating cross-border projects.
Ralitsa holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and a
Master’s Degree in Political Science from the same institution.
