Home is home: How Assistive Technology enables dignified living at home

The Home is Home portal, a digital platform from the Czech Republic, is designed to seamlessly integrate and connect home-based technologies with comprehensive care and support services. This session will unveil how the Home is Home platform empowers local authorities, universities and communities to collaboratively implement scalable, person-centred care solutions.
