He holds a degree in Law from the University of Sassari and is a practicing lawyer with experience in civil and criminal law. He has also worked as a lecturer in professional training programs, focusing on labor law, workplace safety, and equal opportunity policies.

As Vice President and Regional Minister, he is responsible for the economic and financial planning of Sardinia. His mandate is focused on strengthening social cohesion, promoting sustainable development, and ensuring the efficient management of regional resources.
