This session will explore how these reforms strengthen resilience and EU integration. It will highlight tools like the DREAM platform and the Regional Development GIS that support transparency, planning, recovery and partnerships. Speakers from Ukraine and the EU will share lessons on multi-level governance and local leadership for cohesion and growth.
