- Mr. António M. Cunha is President of the Norte Portugal Regional Coordination and Development Commission and of the Managing Authority of the NORTE 2030 Regional Programme. A former Rector of the University of Minho and President of the Council of Rectors of Portuguese Universities, he has also chaired and served on the boards of several innovation and technology institutions. He currently chairs the Galicia–Norte Portugal Working Community and serves as a Trustee of the A3ES Higher Education Accreditation Agency.
