- Oliver Gemke, born in 1996 in Lower Saxony, completed a dual training program as a Specialist in Media and Information Services with the State of Lower Saxony and went on to study Urban and Regional Management at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences in Salzgitter. Following project experience in economic development and regional planning, he has been working since 2025 at the Office for Regional Development, where he serves as deputy co-responsible for the “Regio-Radar” project.
