European Week of Regions and Cities

How can European Regions and Cities stop the brain drain and attract new talent?

This workshop offers an open, interdisciplinary forum on how European regions and cities can foster innovation by leveraging university knowledge and skills. It will explore how to retain young graduates seeking opportunities and how to encourage non-EU international graduates to stay and contribute to local growth. Researchers, policymakers, and entrepreneurs will exchange experiences and best practices to turn “brain drain” into a driver of regional and urban development. The event, organised with the Department of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Campania L. Vanvitelli, will also involve teachers and students.
