Through a transatlantic and cross-regional exchange between Québec, Catalonia and North Rhine-Westphalia, the event will showcase diverse strategies and experiences in advancing the green transition. The discussion will underline how subnational governments are essential actors in shaping climate ambition ahead of COP30 and beyond.
