Mindaugas Liutvinskas

• Representative, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania
• Vice-Minister of Finance of Lithuania since January 2021, M. Liutvinskas holds a Master's degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics (2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Vilnius University (2015). Before joining the Ministry of Finance, he worked at the Bank of Lithuania, serving as Senior Economist and Head of the Economic Policy Analysis Division. He also gained experience as an advisor to a member of the Lithuanian Parliament.
