  • Olaf Osica, PhD, is manager and consultant with twenty years’ record of working across private, public and think-tanks sectors in Poland and EU. He heads strategy and analysis department at the Warsaw City Hall responsible for qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis for updating and monitoring the city strategy, and to support the evidence-based decision making process. He also is senior fellow with the College of Europe Natolin Campus where he leads workshops on digital transformation. Osica graduated international relations from Warsaw University (2000). He received his doctorate in social and political science from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy (2007). In 2022 he held a scholarship of the Stern Leadership Academy to complete a Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education program.
