- I hold a dual degree in International Relations and International Politics from the University of Coimbra and Sciences Po Bordeaux. My professional career began at the Directorate-General for National Defence Policy within the Portuguese Ministry of National Defence, followed by experience at the Directorate-General for Foreign Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
With a strong interest in European and international affairs, I broadened my professional horizons through a Cicero traineeship at the Office of the President of the European Committee of the Regions, gaining direct exposure to EU institutional dynamics and regional policy-making.
Currently, I am a Consultant at Magellan Circle, contributing to projects with a strong European and regional dimension. This path reflects a consistent engagement with diplomacy, policy analysis, and European affairs, combining academic excellence with practical experience across both national and EU institutions.
