- Øystein Leonardsen (M), Program Director, the Technical and Environmental Administration, is external lecturer at Aalborg University, and has more than 30 years of experience in urban and traffic planning, business development and user engagement. He holds a MSc. in Environmental and Technological Planning and a Diploma in Leadership. From 2008 to 2020, mr Leonardsen had a leading role in three integrated urban renewal projects around Copenhagen. Since 2020, mr Leonardsen has been Program Director for Green and Just Transition, and in 2024 his leadership for the Climate Taskforce in Copenhagen was awarded “Good Practice” by URBACT. He excels in construction of quadruple partnerships, citizens engagement, place-based management and process facilitation.
