This presentation introduces the ESPON House4All project and its policy-driven approach to building a European database at the local level on housing prices and generating new territorial evidence on housing affordability. By collecting rental and sales price data across Europe through webscraping and combining it with income data, ESPON is delivering the first comprehensive and highly granular evidence on housing affordability in Europe.
