- Fernando López Miras (Murcia, October 1983) holds a Law degree and is a certified Civil and Commercial Mediator, as well as a practicing lawyer registered with the Lorca Bar Association, specializing in legal and business relations. He also earned an MBA from ENAE Business School.
He has professional experience in the private financial sector and, since 2008, has assumed various responsibilities within the regional administration, particularly in the areas of economic and budgetary management. For four years, he served as Managing Director of the Rafael Méndez University General Hospital and Health Area III, providing healthcare services to over 250,000 people. He also held the position of Secretary-General of the Regional Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Elected as a Member of the Regional Assembly in May 2011 as part of the Popular Parliamentary Group, he was re-elected in 2015. Since 2017, he has served as President of the Region of Murcia. He is currently General Coordinator of the Popular Party (PP) in the Region of Murcia and a member of the PP National Executive Committee.
